Italian Sausage Sauce Quick and Easy!

I had a tray of sweet Italian sausages in the fridge that I picked up yesterday and many ideas for what to make with it. Soup? Sauce? "Sandwiches"? Add peppers and onions? So many things I could do with it. I settled on making some pasta sauce. It's easy, warm, and feeds an army!

I don't know about you, but I actually precook my sausages and peel them. The water always comes out scummy. *cringe* So after that, I chopped up an onion and the sausages, added a couple of cans of crushed tomatoes and some salt, and let it cook. Easy peasy. It came out SO tasty!

Just looking at the pictures makes me want to drool.
